Now that you've created a fantastic costume, don't just document with plain photos. Learn some methods to really capture your character on film. Then learn some photo-editing techniques afterwards.
There’s an entire culture built around dressing up in costume. Beginning cosplaying can be a little daunting for newcomers and casual hobbyist. Meet other cosplayers and costumers willing to share ideas and techniques.
This event, costumes are encouraged. Come get your photograph taken in front of various back grounds. Staff on hand to help with cameras and staging.
Then once the photos are taken, learn some methods to enhance those photos to really capture your character. Feel free to bring your own digital photos for editing and enhancement.

The Alford Branch Library is located in south Wichita near I-235 and Meridian. The building is named for Lionel D. Alford (1925-2000), a retired senior vice president at Boeing who is credited for starting the Kansas Food Bank and known as an advocate for Wichita Public Schools.
