Families are invited to stop by, meet gentle therapy pets, and learn how these special animals bring comfort and care to people throughout our community. This come-and-go program offers a relaxing way to celebrate the library’s newly remodeled space while discovering the healing power of connection—with both animals and neighbors alike.

The Rockwell Branch Library is located in east Wichita near 9th Street & Edgemoor. The library is named for Ford Rockwell (1907-1997), a former director of the Wichita Public Library.
