Join Rebekah Ramos, curator at KU’s Spencer Research Library, to learn about personal archives and the new Latina/o Collections.
In this presentation, we’ll start by exploring how you can create and care for your personal archives, with easy tips and techniques you can follow at home. Then, Rebekah will share information about the Latina/o Collections at Spencer Research Library, a new collection focused on preserving the history of Latina/os in Kansas. We’ll end by talking about ways you can help and why it’s important to preserve Kansas Latina/o history for future generations.
