Some chess sets, regular and specialized, available for playing. Program aimed at adults, but teens welcome. All skill levels welcome, beginner to experts.
The Walters Branch Library is located in southeast Wichita near the WSU Tech South campus. The library is named for Dr. Ronald W. Walters (1938-2010), an author, speaker, and scholar of African American politics who organized the 1958 Dockum drug store sit-in.
