Art can be a powerful tool for self-expression and self-discovery. When we create art as a tool for self-care, we have the opportunity to explore our thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space. This month we will be using creative hand lettering to write out affirmations, inspirational quotes and/or other positive reflections. Basic supplies like pens, paper and markers will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring additional drawing supplies if they prefer (brush markers are great for this project!). No drawing skills or experience is required.
