Fun with Fossils

Meeting RoomDo you dig dinosaurs? Do you find fossils fascinating? Learn more about how fossils are made, found, and cared for with hands-on activities. Best for around ages 6-9.
This program will be in multi-station format, with each station having examples, written instructions, and moderate guidance available from the instructor. Activities will be scaled for independent explorers to be able to complete with minimal guidance, but caregivers should stay and are encouraged to participate as well.

Rockwell Branch Library
The Rockwell Branch Library is located in east Wichita near 9th Street & Edgemoor. The library is named for Ford Rockwell (1907-1997), a former director of the Wichita Public Library.
