Teen Stitches: Pumpkin Plushies

Learn basic hand sewing skills as you create a squishable stuffed pumpkin or jack-o-lantern. Reservations requested through wichitalibrary.org/events.

Teens will practice skills that can easily be transferred over to mending, such as running stitch, whip stitch, button replacement, and attaching patches. Instructions will be presented, visually, verbally, and through written steps. No prior sewing experience is needed. Reservations are requested so that staff will be able to prep enough materials for all participants.
