Join the Wichita Journalism Collaborative for an in-depth conversation on the intersection of disability and housing. Moderated by KSN reporter Zena Taher, this community event will feature a panel of individuals with lived experience navigating homes and housing systems that often fail to accommodate their physical, sensory, or cognitive needs, and those that provide them support. Panelists will share personal stories, highlight systemic challenges, and discuss what inclusive, accessible housing should look like. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how housing inequities affect people with disabilities and what changes are needed to create more inclusive communities.
