Learn about the Wichita Public Library's "Become an Informed Voter" resources, which provides information on local, state and federal elections as well as how to become a more engaged citizen.
Voting and elections are vital obligations for a functioning democracy. However, it can be overwhelming trying to find reliable information on candidates running for office, ballot measures being presented, or even when, where and how you can vote. The Wichita Public Library's website has a collection of resources called "Become and Informed Voter" so that people can easily find the information they are looking for about voting, legislation measures, and information about voting and elected officials. In this program library staff will show you how to use the variety of resources on the page so that you can be better informed the next time you cast your vote.
