Join Wesley Children’s Hospital staff at the Rockwell Branch Grand Opening for a hands-on Teddy Bear Clinic! Children are invited to bring their favorite plush friend or cuddly companion for a special “checkup.” Through playful, interactive care, kids will learn what happens during real medical visits in a way that helps ease fears and build confidence. Staff will walk children through basic health routines—like listening to a heartbeat, checking blood pressure, and using bandages while answering questions in a friendly, encouraging setting. This fun, come-and-go activity helps make doctor visits feel safe and familiar while putting smiles on young faces.
