Join us for a relaxed, parent-focused conversation about young children and technology use. We’ll explore the benefits and challenges of screen time, learn what current research says about ages 0–5, and share simple strategies to help families build healthy screen habits at home. Dinner will be provided, and a play space will be available for children during the presentation. This program is part of Screen-Free Week and is designed to support parents and caregivers in finding the right balance for their families.
