The Book Bus will be at College Hill United Methodist Church, 2930 E 1st St N, Wichita, KS 67214

The Book Bus is an outreach initiative to bring library services to areas of Wichita that don't have quick access to a physical library location. The recycled bus from Wichita Transit is outfitted with shelves of books residents can borrow from the bus. While the majority of the books are geared towards children, there is a limited collection of popular books for adults.

About the branch

The Advanced Learning Library, located centrally in the historic Delano neighborhood, has many specialty services and collections including the Maker Space and AV Studio, local history and genealogy collections, and the Friends of the Wichita Public Library used bookstore.
