Wichita Genealogical Society presents an overview of the American Ancestors online genealogy records system. Available in Advanced Learning Library Research Pavilion, and funded by the Wichita Genealogical Society, access is free to an array of databases, historical records, and original record scans. American Ancestors’ emphasis is New England and the eastern seaboard, but includes records from across the U.S. This must-see application is frequently overlooked by genealogists.
